We have a regular slot due to my husband on very vulnerable list. He rarely checks his emails as retired. Had a look yesterday and Asda informed him on *th Nov we have no slot over Xmas and New Year. We now cannot book them as full. I don’t understand why Asda has removed these when they are needed. We have used our slot every week since it was allocated and very much appreciated it. I would appreciate someone explaining why.
