I received a £* voucher by email for booking a click and collect slot which I then did. Having collected my order yesterday I was disappointed to find the voucher had not been processed. I have just spent an inordinate length of time trying to contact someone on your phone number. Unfortunately, the lady to whom I spoke did so very fast and with such a pronounced accent that I was unable to understand very little of what she said. The result was I got the impression she thought it was a scam or didn’t believe me. I have used your click and collect on numerous occasions during the pandemic and believed this was a little ‘thank you’ for my loyalty. I would appreciate your response to this situation as I do not believe the voucher to be fake.*Order no. ************Voucher no. N***FEJ*TDG*MC*Thank you
