My Issue is regarding forcing Customers to wear masks as they walk into the Asda Stores.*It is clearly stated in the equality Act **** is an act of discrimination to challenge anyone not wearing a mask as they walk through your store doors.**Just because your staff look at a person as normal does not not mean they do not have a disability because it isn't visible to their eyes,Asda along with the individual staff that challenge people on not wearing Face masks are Liable to section *** (Aiding Contraventions) of the Equality Act which is a fine of upto £**** and an Act of discrimination and could be ordered to pay any individual who suffers Injury to Feelings Compensation between £*** and £*,*** Section *** (Remedies) of the equality act **Also where does Asda stand on the grounds of forcing Asda staff to wear Face masks and then stating they have to provide proof from their Doctor they have a divisibility so they can be exempt from wearing masks whilst at work? **It isn't Law,it is Government Guidelines & Rules,which are not Law**I look forward to your reply regarding my concerns**Regards,Steve Rule
