We went to collect our 'Click and Collect' order at Asda Eastland today at **.** approx and went to the rear delivery area of the store where we have collected it every week. There was no boxes or Asda staff present so we went to the 'Click and Collect' cabinets on the otherside of store. Our order came up as invalid and on ringing the store we were told to go back to the rear of the store which involves leaving the site and through three sets of traffic lights again. While we were at the lockers another customer arrived and had come from the rear of the store because ther was no crates or staff. When we went back at **.** there was a member of staff who was nowhere to be seen before.
