I paid for a delivery time of between *-** as I had to leave for work at half **. I got a text at *:**am saying the delivery was going to be late and will be between **:**-**-**. The delivery driver was absolutely lovely and apologised profusely but explained that he had a deliveries around tettenhall and our delivery was at the end of that so from my understanding it was near on impossible to make the allocated time frame of *-**.
GetHuman-abbiejlo did not yet indicate what Asda should do to make this right.
