I have just been to collect my order (order number ***********) from your Queslett superstore and was really disappointed with the click and collect service . **Firstly, there were some fresh produce items like cucumber and celery which I could not add to my online shop as they aren’t available to order online. This meant that I had to do an extra shop this morning to enable me to have all the food I needed.** I then went to collect my click and collct which had a total of ** items substituted) which meant I then had to go round the shop again to find suitable substitutes (some of those provided as part of the online shop just weren’t good enough - sour raspberry schnapps instead of a black currant liquor as an example). **This meant that the whole process took me * hours. I may as well have just done the shop in the store as the online experience saved me no time whatsoever. **The other point that has really bothered me is that I paid over the odds for the following vegetables which all have a **p label on, yet I have been charged much more for ordering online. *** x broccoli at **p each (should have been charged **p less)** x bags of Brussel sprouts at **p each (should have been charged £*.** less)** x bags of parsnips at **p each (should have been charged £*.** less)** x bags of carrots at **p each (should have been charged **p less)**This totals £*.** which I have been overcharged which is not only dishonest but also constitutes misselling so at the very least I expect this amount to be refunded.**Needless to say I’m unlikely to be using this service again.
