Hi, I used your self service check out to pay for a shop earlier this evening that cost me £**. The card machine on the checkout broke whilst I was using it and following advice of one of your staff I proceeded to pay with cash. However, I’ve just noticed that I have also been charged on my card meaning I have paid £** in total as opposed to £**. Please get in contact as soon as possible so I can have this returned to me. Thank you.
