I made a Click and Collect booking for 4:00, but only received my order at 4:45. Upon arrival at the Clacton store, despite being told my order was ready but being processed, another car arrived later and was served before me. I was informed they couldn't put all the items on one trolley. Feeling frustrated, I called the help number at 4:25 and was informed they couldn't locate my order. With two children in the car, the situation was stressful. Finally, at 4:50, Sarah came out to assist. She was the only one who seemed to care and worked hard to complete my order. The delay until 4:50 was unacceptable, and it was evident that Sarah was struggling to handle everything. I've attached a copy of the confirmed order, showing it was ready by 4:34.

Dear Sirs, This is the second time my delivery has been cancelled to my address. As a customer, I schedule deliveries based on my work commitments, and these cancellations have been very inconvenient for me. While I have rescheduled for another day, if this continues, I may have to consider shopping elsewhere. I have been a loyal customer both in-store and online for many years, but I may need to reconsider my options. Thank you, Mrs. E. Cooper

Hello, I recently spoke with a member of the Asda team in the store who mentioned that I could order online because some sizes were not available in-store. They informed me that the 20% offer would end on 12/11/18 and that I could place an order until midnight today. I added the items to my cart yesterday, and the discount was applied. However, when I tried to check out today, the discount had expired. I am disappointed because I would have checked out last night if I had known the discount would end. Can you please confirm if the discount should still be active today, as it was supposed to expire on 12/11/18? If not, considering the misinformation I received, is there any way I can still utilize the 20% off kids' wear? Thank you for your consideration. Best regards, L. Murray

Since moving to this area two years ago, I have frequently encountered issues with the food I purchase from the Asda store located on the corner of my road. From a green chicken to recently discovering mold on pitta bread that I had frozen, the quality of the items is concerning. Each time this happens, I need to make the trip back to the store, which is inconvenient for me as a busy professional running my own company. What worries me even more is the possibility that others, particularly older individuals, may not notice these issues or may choose not to address them. Having been a loyal Asda customer since the 1990s in Wokingham, Berkshire, the decline in standards since moving to OL8 3LG is alarming. I find myself having to double-check the food I purchase to ensure it is safe for consumption.

I recently visited Asda Filton Abby Wood around 14:21 to buy treats for the evening. While struggling with my heavy bags, I decided to grab a sandwich. Upon paying, the staff member was not very helpful and made me feel humiliated when he abruptly asked me to move to the other side of the till. I left the sandwich and left the store feeling disappointed. I will not be returning due to this negative experience. It would be beneficial for the employee to receive some customer service training. The employee was a tall, big built man with a beard. Unfortunately, I did not get his name.

I frequently shop at Asda in Fort Kinnaird, Edinburgh. The self-checkouts never have plastic bags available, and you are forced to pay 9p for a bag as there are no 5p options. When I raised this concern in-store, I was advised to remember to bring my bags, which is fair, but after a long commute with kids, it's not always feasible to remember. The explanation that bags are not available due to people not paying for them seems unreasonable and punishes loyal customers like us. Our large household spends a significant amount at your store. It would be beneficial if Asda considers providing degradable bags or reducing single-use plastic, especially considering the excessive plastic usage in items like the cooked chicken containers. Focusing on sustainability and reducing plastic waste would be more constructive than overly watching plastic bag usage.

I visited your Rhyl store on Saturday, November 17, [redacted], for my weekly shopping. I bought a box of Quaker Oats Protein Porridge, but when I got home, I discovered it was two weeks out of date, with a date of November 3rd. Today, while in Llandudno, I took the porridge and receipt to customer services. They redirected me back to the Rhyl store, resulting in a 16-mile bus journey on a cold day. The customer service rep in Rhyl was helpful, refunded me, and gave me a £2 gift card. I believe issues like this should be resolved at any store and not require customers to travel back. The importance of checking sell-by dates should be a priority for shelf stackers. Thank you for looking into this matter.

I visited my local Asda after 5 PM to inquire about my click and collect order which was not recognized by the system. The staff member mentioned my order might be in one of the boxes and after waiting for 25 minutes, I was still without my parcel. The staff member got busy with another customer, so I had to ask again and was told to contact customer service. Upon calling, I was informed that the store did not pick up the phone. My order was cancelled, and I was advised to reorder for a refund. The customer service representative promised a goodwill gesture for the inconvenience caused, which I am yet to receive.

I purchased a top at the Asda Huyton store for my holiday, but I had to postpone my trip. When I tried the top on, I noticed that the sleeve was twisted and wouldn't sit right. I returned it to the store, but after multiple visits, I was informed that they have lost the item and may not be able to help me without a receipt. I believe this is unfair as the top is clearly a faulty George product.

I recently received my order, but unfortunately, half of the items are missing. The delivery arrived early, and when I inquired about the missing items, the driver was unaware and mentioned they could be delivered the next day. Upon contacting ASDA Customer Service, I was connected to a representative who was not very helpful or understanding. Initially, I was informed that the food couldn't be redelivered, then the information changed, and they said it would arrive the following day without specifying a time. As I work all day, this arrangement was inconvenient. The representative mentioned a refund, which would take 48 hours to process. However, I was frustrated to be asked to reorder and wait for two more hours, feeling unfairly penalized for ASDA's mistake. Overall, I was disappointed with the poor customer service and expected better from ASDA.

I used my debit card at Asda for items and cashback, but the first payment was declined. I tried again without cashback, and the second payment went through. However, I was charged for both transactions. My bank, Barclays, mentioned the first payment is pending and advised me to reach out to Asda for resolution. This situation has caused immediate financial strain as £[redacted].59 has been deducted. The transaction details are as follows: Pending debit card transactions: Date: 11/12/[redacted] Time: 6:06am Transaction: Asda Superstore Penryn GB Amount: £[redacted].59 Card Number: **** **** **** [redacted] Date: 11/12/[redacted] Time: 6:07am Transaction: Asda Superstore Penryn GB Amount: £61.59 Card Number Ends In: **** **** **** [redacted] I urgently need this matter resolved as it has impacted my family significantly.

Dear ASDA, I hope you had a Merry Christmas. I wanted to mention that instead of receiving Christmas wishes from you, I received a penalty notice from your parking attendants for using one of the 50 empty electric car spaces (which seems unused). Despite the absence of any signs explaining the parking rules and potentially violating UK laws, I will settle the fine. However, I have decided not to return to your store or fuel station. I prefer to support businesses that value their customers. I will inform my friends and family about my experience and search for a different platform to share this. Perhaps the funds from these unused electric car spaces need to be covered somehow.

I placed my Christmas order on Thursday, December 20, [redacted], with the postal code ML10 6NR. My name is Mrs. Doreen Campbell residing at 26 Overton Avenue, Strathaven, ML10 6NR. The total amount paid was approximately £[redacted].00. However, I received three trays of frozen roast potatoes that were significantly out of date, with expiration dates from [redacted] and even December 9, [redacted]. I am a loyal online shopper but was disappointed to receive such expired products, especially considering they were meant for this year's Christmas dinner. I kindly request a gift receipt of £50 for this inconvenience and can provide pictures of the expired goods if needed. I plan to visit the Asda store at Newton Mearns this Saturday to discuss this matter with the manager. Online shopping should be convenient, and this experience has left me quite shocked and inconvenienced, especially during the holiday season.

I recently picked up an ASOS order from Asda Living in Parc Trostre, Llanelli, and it was my worst click and collect experience. The staff member was unhelpful and seemed disinterested. When I asked about the collection point, she directed me upstairs to find someone. I waited over 15 minutes at the collection point while staff members chatted and laughed. When they finally acknowledged me, they were unwelcoming and simply handed over my parcel. I have contacted ASOS to share my disappointing experience. This encounter has negatively impacted my Christmas shopping enjoyment, and I hope ASOS reconsiders their partnership with your store due to the unprofessional and rude behavior of your staff members.

I picked up my ASOS order from Asda Living in Parc Trostre, Llanelli, last night, and I must say it was the worst click and collect experience I have ever had. The lady downstairs who served me was rude and made me feel unwelcome. Her lack of customer service skills was appalling. When I inquired about collecting my order, she directed me upstairs without any pleasantries. Upstairs, the three staff members near the till were gossiping and laughing. After waiting for almost 10 minutes, I was abruptly informed that the till was closed. I explained that I was there for a parcel, and it took another 10 minutes for them to help me. The whole experience was truly terrible from beginning to end.

I placed an order for delivery a few weeks ago, and I was disappointed to find out last minute that the Turkey crown large I ordered was substituted with a smaller size, which is not adequate for my needs. I will now have to go around to different shops to try and find a replacement, which is inconvenient. The order number is [redacted]2. I tried calling customer service, but the initial representative I spoke with was difficult to understand and not helpful. The suggested options of canceling the entire order or returning the item to the driver were not satisfactory. The substituted turkey was smaller than expected and other items in my order were also unavailable last minute. Despite speaking with a better representative and a supervisor, I was unable to find a resolution. When the shopping arrived, the turkey provided was fresh and of an acceptable size. The main issue I faced was the confusion surrounding the substitution and the difficulty I had communicating with customer service. This added unnecessary stress during a busy time of year.

I recently picked up my order (order number [redacted]7) from your Queslett superstore and was disappointed with the click and collect service. I couldn't add items like cucumber and celery online, so I had to make an extra trip. When I collected my order, there were 13 substitutions which didn't meet my expectations. This led me to spend an extra 2 hours at the store. I found some vegetables were overpriced compared to their in-store labels, costing me £4.28 more than I should have paid. This discrepancy is not only deceitful but also amounts to misselling. I expect a refund for this amount. This experience has left me dissatisfied, and I doubt I will use this service again.

There was a mistake with the order location. It was supposed to be delivered but mistakenly marked for collection. After waiting for 2 hours, I contacted customer services and they acknowledged the error. They assured me that they would cancel the order with Order Number [redacted]2, scheduled for collection on 17 Dec [redacted]. We later added extra items to a new order, Order Number [redacted]7, and collected it two days later on 19th December [redacted]. However, I have been charged for both orders, even though I only collected one. I kindly request a refund for the first order, as it was never received or picked up. Thank you, Dr. A.

I placed an online food order with Asda for today, 28/12, between 4-5pm. At 3.55pm, I received a call informing me my order would not arrive as scheduled. I stressed the urgency of needing the items today. They assured me it would come by 8pm. I even adjusted my work schedule for this. By 8:30pm, the order hadn't shown up. After calling, they said it wouldn't arrive before 9pm. The lack of communication is frustrating. I'll be over 2.5 hours late for work and incur extra expenses for a taxi.

Order Number: [redacted]2 I placed an order for delivery on the 12th of January [redacted] between 5-7pm. Unfortunately, the delivery did not arrive as scheduled and I had to contact customer service. Despite being informed that my order would arrive by 8:30pm, it only reached me at 9pm. This delay caused me to cancel plans for a friend's birthday celebration, which was very disappointing. I am requesting a refund of the £4 delivery charge and compensation for the inconvenience caused. The lack of communication from ASDA's end was frustrating, as I was not informed about the delay even though I provided my contact details. I appreciate the professionalism of my delivery driver, Shelton, who handled the situation well. My dissatisfaction is directed towards customer service and the poor communication, not the driver.
