GetHuman-colmbost's customer service issue with Asda from August 2018

Help with my Asda issue
The issue in GetHuman-colmbost's own words
Print ... Bought a brand new cannon printer last week and has been sitting left on, have gone to use it today to print my lucky numbers and the things says thank the ink is depleted. I a not amused and would like asda to rectify and solve this issue
It's not fixed and I'm ot happy
I want my ink cartridges renewed as thy were depleted before first use!!!
Because I use your service instead of going to tesco,aldi,lidl or sainsbury.
I have an issue with Asda too
How GetHuman-colmbost fixed the problem
