I would like to share my concerns regarding the employment of District Manager, Tara, who oversees a Lane Bryant store in Denham Springs, Louisiana. I recently encountered her at our Dress Barn location in Denham Springs and found her to be consistently rude to the associates. This is not the first time I have experienced this behavior from her, and her negative attitude during her visits is quite evident. Throughout my 13 years with the company, I have never encountered such disrespect from a customer. Our customers appreciate and respect us, and it's disappointing to see Ms. Tara act in such a rude manner.

While working at Loft Outlet Columbia Gorge #[redacted] under Erin Fritz, myself and two other Sales Leads noticed several concerning issues that we believe the company should address: 1. Erin would leave early and later ask us to clock her out under her associate number for the current time, even if she had left hours earlier. 2. Erin would wear new merchandise without having it rung up, and she never had us check her receipts when she left with these items. 3. Erin also assisted at another store (#[redacted]) while their manager was on vacation. During this time, she made one of their associates, Megan, cry by insisting that another associate, Mya, cover a shift. Mya happens to be Erin's daughter's girlfriend, and this situation felt unfair due to their relationship. I didn't speak up before out of fear of Erin's potential retaliation. She only works daytime hours and never a full 40 hours, and any questioning of this would result in reduced hours or increased evening shifts for us.
