I purchased a Wonder Wallet and the card insert is falling apart. It has been replaced once, but the same issue is happening. The wallet is designed to hold 24 cards, but I only have 18 in it. I would like a new card insert for my Wonder Wallet. The old wallet I had for ten years has a card insert in better condition than the one in my Wonder Wallet. The reason I got the Wonder Wallet was because my old wallet was falling apart, but unfortunately, the card insert is not compatible. It's becoming frustrating when my credit cards or debit card fall out of the wallet. I have had to ask stores if anyone found my cards a few times already. I purchased the Power AirFryer Oven [redacted] on March 6th and have paid in full. I am wondering when I can expect to receive the free cookbooks and accessories promised with the order. I must say I am disappointed with the AirFryer's performance. It does not live up to the expectations set by the commercials. Regarding the 30-day trial offer, I did not receive any information in the mail as stated. Due to this, I did not cancel, resulting in missing out on the $75 Walmart gift card, causing an overdraft in my account. I believe the $75 should be refunded to my account. I purchased the EpiSmooth Hair Remover from the As Seen On TV store in The Marley Station Mall, located at [redacted] Ritchie Hwy, Glen Burnie, Maryland [redacted], around November 8th, [redacted]. Although the box claims it "Removes Hair At The Root," unfortunately, the product did not work as expected at all. I returned to the store with my receipts, the EpiSmooth in its original packaging, and all the accompanying items. The clerk informed me that the receipts did not match the product I was returning, and he declined my request for a refund, exchange, or store credit. I meticulously keep all my receipts, and the one I presented matches the price of $10.99 as indicated on the product's box. The receipt policy mentions no refunds or exchanges after a week of purchase, but I promptly returned within a day or two after buying the EpiSmooth. Despite attempting to contact Customer Service, I was unable to speak with a representative or gain assistance during my call. The alternative contact number provided is also out of service. I am seeking a swift resolution to this matter, as I believe the error lies with the store. I am requesting a full refund. Thank you, M. Miller

I ordered the Night Sight Glasses on Dec. 4th but accidentally deleted the email with the tracking number. I'm trying to find out when the item will arrive. My name is Loni Silvers and the order is for Night Sight glasses priced at $20. The delivery method is DHL with final delivery by USPS. I have made multiple attempts to reach you for assistance. Each time, the wait time has far exceeded the promised 3 minutes, with my last attempt resulting in a 3-hour wait time and no response. This lack of communication is unacceptable, especially considering the negative rating your company holds with the BBB. I have lodged another complaint with the BBB, and if this matter is not resolved promptly, I will be contacting my bank to request a refund. Last week, I accidentally ordered the wrong glasses instead of the adjustable lens that I actually wanted. I need to exchange them for the correct ones - the ADJUSTABLE LENS. I didn't realize I made the mistake until after receiving them. Can I return the one power glasses and get the adjustable lens instead? Please advise on how to proceed. Order #SEEN2563UK Hello, I bought a Gymform Leg Action machine from As Seen on TV on 22/07/[redacted]. It arrived on 27/07/[redacted]. Upon opening it, I found a warning that the machine should not be used by individuals with pacemakers or circulation problems. Unfortunately, I have both conditions, and this was not mentioned in the advertisement. I would like to return the machine for a full refund. Could you please guide me on the return process? I'm experiencing difficulty reaching the customer service phone number provided. My elderly mother, M.L., who is 89 years old and suffers from severe dementia, received a mystery charge from AS SEEN ON TV on her credit card without a corresponding phone number. Although she denies placing an order, her memory loss suggests otherwise. I believe it's an unnecessary purchase. I received the incorrect order recently and would appreciate assistance in returning it without being charged return postage or restocking fees. I made a purchase around December 16, [redacted], and have been reaching out through emails multiple times for updates on my order. The credit card was charged on the same day, and they mentioned the order was shipped on December 31, [redacted], but didn't provide a tracking number, only an ETA. I placed an order on October 15, [redacted], but have not received it yet. Despite trying to contact the company multiple times, both by phone and email, I have not received any responses. They have taken the payment from my account for 2 skinny stacks. I apologize for the inconvenience. I recently bought three of the wall-climbing cars advertised on TV and all operate on the same frequency, making only one usable at a time. Moreover, the cars are much slower than advertised and do not meet expectations. I had planned to gift these to my children this Christmas, but now I am disappointed with the purchase. I made a purchase last night around 2:30 a.m. for the BGS brow growth product. The total was supposed to be $14.99 plus $5.99 for shipping and an additional $5 for another pen, totaling $39.95 USD. However, I noticed there were extra items added to my order that I did not select. I emailed immediately to cancel the order since your office was closed, and when I called at 10:00 a.m., the customer service representative mentioned the items were already shipped via FedEx, but she couldn't provide a tracking number.
