On the way **th of January ****, I purchased Autura keylab ** mk II from Soundglitz Bangalore, India. On that day the keyboard had been miss marked for *k inr. The associate tore off the marked price and him and fellow associates looked up Artura in their system and all stated that the total for the system would be ***** inr, to which I paid what they asked of me. Now over ** hours later I am being harassed by the associates and owner of the store that I bought the system from. They have informed me that the system they sold me costs more than what I paid and are demanding payment or the return of the system or they will deregister the system that I purchased from them. They stated that they looked up the system I bought in their system and at the time I made sure to ask if that was the price of it before purchasing. They said it was so I paid more than the originally marked price because I thought I’d be honest with the payment of the device. But since it has come to my attention, through the harassment of the employees and owner, that it was more than what they sold it as... I am left questioning the validity of the store. I purchased the item for the price they said I would owe. I should not be being contacted as a customer over the mistake made within the store. Overall, the professionalism of this store is lacking. I understand that an error was made but I paid what they said I owed. And I should not be harassed because they refuse to admit their mistake. Hoping to find a solution to this soon
