I purchased an arturia mpk minilab controller and after downloading the virtual instruments that come with it, I am asked to verify my account in order to use them (e.g. "Analog Lab, Prophet V, etc). This makes sense to me.. however, arturia software center will not recognize my CORRECT password when signing in to verify my account, and when I have attempted the "offline mode" process, several times I might add, each has failed to read the correct .ascl formatted document. I understand verification but I don't think it should be this hard to access programs I have paid for.
