Have Arlo stop emailing me ... Was gifted an Arlo security camera yrs ago. After about * days got rid of it, not useful, very poor quality and really just junk. Arlo keeps emailing me with new security updates and I cannot get them to stop. There is no option to "unsubscribe" in the email and it is a "no reply" email address. Also tried to chat on line, another dead end as apparently, the "live chat" is just a joke. They have no live chat!! Leaving any type of community question or calling them requires me to give them information I am NOT going to do as they have proven they have absolutely NO respect for their customers, by making it IMPOSSIBLE to get off their marketing list. Why do companies hold consumers hostage when we register our product with them. **.I just want ARLO to go away and delete all my information, stop marketing to me, stop sending me emails. **. Period!!! THE LAST TWO SENTENCES SPELL OUT EXACTLY "HOW I WANT ARLO TO FIX THE SITUATION"
Their email junk has no option to "unsubscribe", their help page is a joke, do not have live chat and cannot communicate with "the community" without registering, and giving even more info for them to use to abuse me and the same is true of the phone number, need the serial number and model number. I threw the junk away. Once they get your info, THEY NEVER STOP BOTHERING YOU.
Want Arlo to delete my email address. Stop emailing me.
