One of three arlo pro * cameras is waking in morning with highly pixelated video. Currently all cameras on mains power to avoid any battery issues. In order to fix I have to restart the base station. After restart pixelation is fixed but cameras don’t appear in HomeKit summary under base station listing. HomeKit app does show cameras and arlo app does show cameras. The questionable camera first showed pixelation randomly which prompted decision to power by mains. Arlo app shows cameras connected and fully charged. Apps and cameras all have latest firmware and software updates. Problem occurred before upgrading to iOS **.* on iPhone *, **** iPad, and **.*” iPad Pro.**Have to decide if I sell system and give up on Arlo. *Please advise telephone * to talk to tech support.

GetHuman-mewsha did not yet indicate what Arlo should do to make this right.
