When I called Arlo Support the person I talked to said he needed to take control of my pc in order to find out why my camera was recording the video in pink. After looking he said it was not the camera but that someone had hacked my network and that was why I had this problem. He then connected me to a tech that showed me all these errors in my event viewer to show me that someone had hacked my network. After a while he convinced me that in order to get the camera to work right I needed to delete all these errors. After getting the camera back to normal which I could have done myself by taking out and reinserting the batteries he convinced me to have the pc cleaned for a price of $***.**. After agreeing he said that they were going to swap out the camera which I believe was the problem to begin with. The next morning the camera recorded in pink again, so much for paying for a fix that didn’t happen. I was very disappointed and felt that I was the victim of a pc support scam. I received the system for Christmas and registered it just before New Years and it should have been under warranty. I hope you will address this issue.**Dissapointed*Robert Giunta*Case * ********
