case * *********On Jan **rst we bought our Arlo pack of * cameras. We did not install until early February. The cameras worked fine. Installing is real user friendly. But a couple weeks ago the charge on batteries started to go down. When my husband tried to charge the first one, it did not work. He left it enough time but nothing was charging. That is when he started checking the other cameras, they also would not charge. He switched batteries, but nothing. All our cameras are dead right now. **We call tech support to try and get this resolved.Trouble shooting and tech support can be helpful if they are capable of understanding English. The agent insists that we refused to try and switch the batteries, or that maybe we are not capable of placing a battery in a camera. We are not idiots we have tried everything, we have switched all the batteries more than once. We have read the manual inside out.I have been to the website trouble shooting and forum.*The batteries are dead what can we possible test with a dead battery. You do not need to be rocket scientist to place a battery and charge it. The agent insisted we change the account information, how can changing the account information possibly make a difference in charging. One is software issue and the other is hardware. No matter what account it is assigned to, it will charge if you plug it in. This is entirely hardware issue. Either the cable is bad or the batteries are bad. We went to Best Buy to try and return the faulty cameras, but more than ** day have transpired already. They also told us that Arlo is responsible for fulfilling the year warranty on the hardware.*We just want working cameras. We bought these because there have been quite a few burglary's in our neighborhood. But we are worse off now, no working cameras and we are out $****.*I do not want to call tech support again. We need a real solution. We either need to return this pack, exchange it or if it is just the batteries switch those out. Or receive a new new charging system if that is what is faulty.
