We have purchased * Arlo Q cameras from Best Buy July ****. We finally got one connected today but the other one seems to have technical problems. Best Buy said they cannot replace the camera because the store warranty has expired. We were told by a support person when we were trying to get the cameras connected that Arlo has a year warranty on products. We would like to get the one camera replaced if possible.
