Can't register new account on your website because your website is broken!!! Fix the bugs, add customer support contact phone number and e-mail address, and connect the chat feature in a reasonable amount of time!!!

Trying to register on the website per instructions in the manual, which btw are wrong!!! ... What the **** is wrong with your website??? I can't get registered! Every time I enter a legitimate correct password, I get an idiotic message stating that my e-mail and password are incorrect, even though they ARE correct! Every time I try to re-set the password via your link, it doesn't work and I don't get ANY e-mail messages with the reset instructions! I spent $*** on your **** cameras and you better get back to me with some solutions to this BULLSHIT and you better do it fast!!! I spent several hundred more on installation of your product, which took an hour to do, but I've spent half a day trying to get the internet part to work and THAT is UNACCEPTABLE!!! FIX your **** site so I can register and finally get my cameras to record! Stop hiding your contact phone number and e-mail - this is REALLY IRRITATING!!! I don't have the time, nor the inclination to ask the community for solutions to problems that you're creating and should be solving! Also, your chat doesn't work as no-one ever connects to it! Your company is going to go out of business very soon if you keep this nonsense up!
The company has no clue about what customer service means and it seems doesn't care at all about retaining customer base!!!
Arlo needs to step up its customer service BIG TIME!!! I want a response to the issues I've described within ** hours in writing to my e-mail account. I want new account registration page fixed immediately so that I don't face these issues going forward. I want Arlo to make sure that password re-set notification e-mail do actually reach my e-mail account and work as intended! I want Arlo to stop passing the buck around when it comes to customer service and DEAL with the issues they create DIRECTLY, instead of telling the customers essentially to get lost and contact the "community"!!! Finally, I want Arlo to publish ALL contact information for the customer support, including e-mail, toll free phone number, hours of work, and chat availability times, wait time in cue, etc. ON THEIR WEBSITE without me having to look for that info on the internet, and fix your printed literature*manuals so they reflect correct information!!!
If I pay hundreds of dollars for any product, I expect it work flawlessly, quickly, and if there is a problem or issue of any sort whatsoever, I expect a quick response with an effective solution from the company! What I don't expect, is having a run-around, waste hours of my time, get frustrated and stressed, and still be left with the same issue!
Tried their "Help Center" - there is NO help there!!! I don't understand why this issue is showing as "Fixed", when absolutely NOTHING has been done by the company to fix it!!! It was NEVER addressed! This is ridiculous and outrageous!
