I have had Arlo for over a year now-some tweaking in beginning but no big issues. Has there been a recent update. My cameras was working fine one day, next day, the push notifications were not being sent to my phone or computer. Its been * days now, used the web support site, forgot my p***word, so used the mail to get a reset (did this * times), never got a email back. Also found a phone number stating it was ARLO (***********)-is that legit, think it was a scam. PLEASE can someone help me.
I trust that Arlo will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
