bought a laptop hp chromebook Sunday the ** September **** online my name on receipt but paid with my husband bank card and my email address for purchase *picked up from store at bolton got it home opened it up to set it up to find out it was a app book and we wanted a windows ** os *so on Tuesday the **th September my husband took laptop back to store leigh wigan *for refund or credit for a different laptop * the lady who assisted my husband was rude and may as well of called my husband a liar *she said he bought it off some one and was trying to get the money back on laptop..*she also said that someone had all ready tried on the day before to take it back same laptop impossible both of us at work *then she said you bringing it back for someone else *then she said it had been used because when you turn it on the first page says hi let's begin so you press next then it ask you to choose your network from ones that shows up *that just the beginning of set up not it's been used and because finger prints on lid as my husband said *it was taken out of box to set it up *my husband was really up set with the whole ordeal *we now have a laptop no use for our needs *** pound waste *we would like a refund for just the fact of how my husband was treated *we did just want a credited for different laptop
