ref o*n *********.bush freezer. i ordered this item on * may for delivery on ** may. price £***.**, since then the price has been reduced by £**. I want a reduction in the price that i paid or cancel the order. i have tried to contact argos through livechat for * days and never got through.
GetHuman-jtlawren did not yet indicate what Argos should do to make this right.

Got through on livechat at *th day of trying after waiting ** minutes. Helpful person sorted my problem, apologised for being understaffed.Even allowing for virus Argos need to raise their game, there is no easy way to contact customer services by phone or email and waiting for hours to get through on live chat is absolutely blood pressure raising!And don't forget, livechat isn't talking but typing ! If you are a slow typist like me you can loose the plot.Argos's excuse is that they are part of Sainsbury's and their main objective is to feed the nation. Well,in that case don't sell any other goods, Nuff said.
