I ordered an Omron blood pressure monitor ******** & * duracell batteries ******** on Sunday **th May. Order Number: **********. I arranged for it to be delivered on Monday **th May. In all, I received * texts from Argos and * e-mails. Some of them had different messages and I became completely confused. It was clear that you had a problem with your website etc. Also, I had a female rep. from Argos ring me and she seemed very confused too. She said she would refund me any monies owed but there were a lot of errors on Argos's part and she did not seem to know exactly what had happened. Since then I have had * payments of £**.** taken by Argos from my bank account and have only received one blood pressure monitor and * batteries. I have tried to contact you by telephone and online but it is impossible to get through. I am in the highly vulnerable and at risk category as identified by the NHS and the Government. I do need this sorted please and would be very grateful to receive a response and a refund of £**.** as you have charged me for * monitors*batteries etc. when I only ordered one and only received one. I must apologise and and say I did not know what your Web service was. I had tried to get help from the Internet and I cannot recall how I found your site. Now for my second apology, Argos had telephoned me and said they would refund any monies that were due to me. I thought it would be done straight away but there was a delay of * days and I thought they had made a further error. I have now been refunded and only discovered this today. Many thanks for your offers of help.
