We purchased a ** in smart Sharp tv from you delivery was on **th August ****. It cost £***.** and the order number was *MFCW*X*N. We were covered by a** month guarantee plus extra * months guarantee for free by www.umc-uk.co.uk*extra free. *It worked well up until about * weeks ago when it turned itself off and the picture would not come back on. You can hear the sound but no picture when you turn it on. It is now outside the ** months guarantee by about * weeks but Under the sale of goods act we should be entitled to have a replacement from you as our retailer. The product has been properly taken care of and certainly it was reasonable for us to expect it to last longer than this given its cost and so called quality. We contacted Umc-uk.co.uk the manufacturer but they were no use, the tv was sold under the company name sharp but the company doesn’t even exist any longer. We certainly are at a loss at the moment and feel our rights in the matter would be to get a refund from yourselves as our retailer. Can you provide me with your reply as soon as possible. I feel so strongly about this that I would be prepared to take you to court to prove my rights in this matter. *Yours faithfully *Scott Keefe
