There are many ways to submit a complaint to DirectTV but the best option is to call in. If you call into DirectTV you are more likely to get a strong resolution than using http://www.directv.com/DTVAPP/global/contentPageNR.jsp?assetId=P1700006.

I've tried turning it on*off plugged in but the screen doesn't work. It has always been in a case and never dropped.**I've tried the self help steps on the argos support website. I've been in store and on the argos live chat and each have told me to do the vice versa. I need a full refund and*or the ability to return the kindle in store and get a replacement.
