Good morning! *I am writing to complain. *On Tuesday afternoon my sons pushchair collapsed on him whilst he was sat in it, which caused him to cry and be scared and not wanting to go back in the pushchair. As a single mum I had to struggle then to push a pushchair and carry my son on my own which was extremely difficult. As I rang up I got told I would have a pushchair delivered that night, then got told I can’t and got to wait ** hours for it to go through to another department, which I couldn’t wait ** hours as I have to get my son to nursery as I don’t drive. Then to ring back again to be told the person who I spoke to previously hadn’t sent the form off so he had to do it again, then to be told I had to wait * hours for a phone call back, after * hours still didn’t hear anything so rang back again, to be told that he will arrange another pushchair to be sent out to me the following morning, which got sent out now when the pushchair collapsed my changing bag handle broke too, someone rang me yesterday and said I would ***% receive a phone call back today and I still didn’t receive a phone call! As a returning customer I am not very impressed of how it has been handled, the situation could of been a whole lot different where as my son could of been injured! I would like something to be sorted ASAP *Regards Chloe.
