Hi**Yesterday I made an order online - Order number **********. However when I checked my bank account I had been charged twice. I phoned your customer services to be passed onto the relevant department. However I was asked for my bank account details, specifically my ** digit debit card number. This means the Argos representative I spoke too could access my bank account. I stated I wasn't happy about giving my bank details but your representative said it was normal practice when organising placing money back into a customers account due to being charged twice.
