The issue in GetHuman-richjx's own words
From Ms. J C Rogerson TW** *BS, **, Nowell Road*I purchased order no*********:******** on *.*.**. The wrong product with the right order no was delivered on **.*.**. I rang Arg and was cut off* I had to go to my local Arg in Hammersmith to sort it* I was told that my item would be delivered today and the wrong one collected. I complained via Arg chat yesterday to find out if my order was being delivered today as texts I received on refd the collection* the person "Mathew" who responded to my chat assured me that it would, and so I decided to go ahead and schedule my day again around the delivery. The guys from Arg arrived at apx *.**am* before accepting the delivery I checked the order no which was correct* and I signed for it* and the wrong product was collected. As I was about to take the packaging off I noticed that there was an information leaflet underneath the plastic about installing it and it said it was a vented tumble dryer! - my order is for a condenser! dryer: thus the wrong product with the right order no has been delivered again. This means I will have to reschedule my time again etc, use the laundrette until my product is delivered. The only other number on it is M********** yesterday "Mathew" said I would be compensated with a £** e-voucher - which I thought was a bit cheap considering the inconvenience, how much of my time this has taken, and money I've had to spend at the launderette* and now we have to do this all over again. I want the wrong product collected asap and my order delivering simultaneously.
