Dear Sir * Madam,**I am writing to you to raise an issue about Argos Online Orders that occurred on: ************The issue that I have experienced is as follows: **I ordered a TV with the Saturday delivery option as it was imperative to get the TV before Christmas. I have emails and texts from Argos and Yodel confirming it's delivery for Saturday **********. Then on the Saturday received various mixed messages from Yodel about when the delivery was coming. Throughout the day I made several attempts to resolve this matter with both Argos and Yodel, to no affect. **Now I've wasted ** hours, have no information about where the TV is, and -if the TV doesn't arrive in a timely manner- could create significant distress for me and my family over the Christmas period, in addition to the costs I will incur waiting for this delivery. **It is important to stress that time is of the essence here* if the delivery does not arrive by noon today I will have to book time off work, and I will claim compensation.
