To whom this may concern,**I was just enduring as to whether someone could she'd come light onto what has happened regarding my recent order. **I placed an order on **th October (number: **********) which contained * items. It totalled £**, but I had a £** off voucher to use, that I had gained earlier this month. I therefore paid £** for the three items. However, not long after placing the order, I got an email saying that the order had been cancelled, and it explained that one item had been removed, that came to £**. This left me with a £** order to collect, that I paid £** for, due to the voucher.**You issued a refund of £**. However, after collecting my order on **th October, I received an email that the order totalled £**, even after discounts being applied. I don't understand how this is fair, because this means that I have now lost my £** off voucher which I earned by placing an order over £***, and used well within my rights, but you couldn't fulfil the order and have now taken the voucher off me. **I would be very grateful if you could return this voucher to me, otherwise I will return my entire order, including the one that came to £***, and shop elsewhere from now on. **I look forward to someone resolving the issue for me.**Many thanks**Gavin Barker
