My mum bought a breville toaster and it own browned on one side, she took it back to argos and because she used it they wouldn't give her her money back and instead very reluctantly gave her another. Surely to know if an item was faulty it had to be used!! The way she was dealt with wasn't very good all as they kept saying was both elements are on, if something doesn't work surely a refund should have been given? The item was £**.**. Is it not your policy to offer refunds? I look forward to your reply.
