I have recently purchased a mirrored sliding wardrobe I've paid for it to be ****ed correctly by an experienced professional within a day of having it the mirror that goes under the first sliding door has been scratched several times down the mirror, the *****s have scratched all of the mirror as it's slid accriss this should be made to make sure nothing like that can happen. I'd like someone to come and see for themselves the very low quality of the wardrobe. I'm very disappointed and even if I got them replaced this would then cost me money to dismantle the wardrobe get someone to remove the wardrobe for me and then get a new one ****ed. It's going to cost a lot more than expected because of the low quality of your products I've got chips in my furnature I've purchased already, and they've been well looked after. I have no pets etc and come from a nice home. I have also recently purchased cubed storage from yous and they've done the same. I received a £** discount voucher via email to put towards these when I went to purchase online it was coming up id error, not letting me purchase so I went in the shop the day after they said they can't do anything about it and it's got to be done online however I needed these draws that day. They recommended I should buy them and they requested a call back from your customer service team. I am still yet to receive a call from them which they said it'd be that day. I'm very disappointed in the service, customer service skills and quality of the products. I would like a refund as the quality of the items are not to suit my standards.*I trust that Argos will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
