I just want someone in the know to tell me what the hold up is...... ... There seems to be communication issues regarding the Spring orders of Thundercat Iact sleds. There was a projected November delivery date that has now been pushed to early December. No reasoning has been given just trying to find out what is going on. I ordered in the spring to ensure prompt delivery and the snow is now here and buddies getting the welcome packages and sleds from other manufacturers and some are even out riding already as it is a good start to the season. I am just trying to find out how long I will have to watch others enjoy the snow before I can join their reindeer games.....?**PS I tried to make contact with arctic cat via email and via Facebook with * communication back I hope this is not a sign of things to come.**Someone needs to communicate with me what is happening.
I have tried just about every communication method at my disposal and cannot get any answers as to the reason for the delays.
Communication would go along way to making it right.
I have owned in the past ** years * arctic cat sleds and talk to lots of folks about the merits of them
