During the Covid virus, I expect all restaurants to take super precautions like wearing gloves and sanitizing. Ypur location in Lake Wprth, Texas is not doing anything to protect themselves and others. Going through drive thru, first I waited ** minutes. Which is beyond ridiculous. Second, no one was wearing gloves between touching money, my drink and my food. No sanitizer in site which means those hands have touched who knows what and then touches my meal. Being a part of inspire brands, I expected this place to be manage with high sanitizing points like Buffalo Wild Wings. I will never go back to this location. Third, my food was horrible. Turkey bacon ranch sandwich with burnt bacon, very little turkey, old wilted lettuce. My onion rings were burnt. Everything was just horrible.

GetHuman-dmjangel did not yet indicate what Arby's should do to make this right.
