During the COVID-19 pandemic, I believe that all restaurants should be taking necessary precautions such as wearing gloves and sanitizing their hands. Unfortunately, the Lake Worth, Texas location did not meet my expectations. During my drive-thru experience, I waited an unreasonable 30 minutes. Additionally, the staff did not wear gloves while handling money, drinks, and food, and there was no sanitizer visible, which raised concerns about hygiene. As part of the Inspire Brands group, I anticipated higher hygiene standards similar to Buffalo Wild Wings. Regrettably, my food quality was also disappointing. The turkey bacon ranch sandwich had burnt bacon, minimal turkey, and wilted lettuce, while the onion rings were overcooked. Overall, the entire experience was unsatisfactory, and I do not plan to return to this location.

I received an advertisement from Arby's today in the mail. It advertised 2 pecan chicken salad sandwiches for $6 and a small orange cream shake for $1.99. Excited about the deal, I visited Arby's located at [redacted] Temple Lake Dr., Colonial Heights, VA, at 6:45 PM on 6/2/20. I ordered 2 chicken pecan salad sandwiches and 2 small orange cream shakes, expecting to pay the advertised price. However, I was charged $23.33, which was significantly more. When I raised the issue with the manager, I was initially told I should have presented a coupon, despite it being an ad. After further discussion, the manager refunded $6.67, still leaving me overcharged by about $7.00. My receipt number is [redacted]. Additionally, the sandwich I received did not meet my expectations, as it lacked apples, grapes, and contained only one pecan. The sandwich I had the day before at the Arby's on Ft. Lee was much better.

I have been trying to reach out regarding a lost Arby's gift card on 5/29. Despite contacting and visiting two previous stores, I haven't had any luck. The only information I have is the number on the receipt as it was a gift and I don't have the PIN. When I called, I was informed that the details would be forwarded to another associate. The card number is 6[redacted] 4[redacted] [redacted]. I would like to know if the card has been found and used. If it has been used, it means someone else must have taken it for their own use. I would appreciate any assistance you can provide in this matter. I was quite upset when I realized the card was missing. Thank you for looking into this for me.

I haven't been to Arby's in a while because the carry-out product I received did not match the picture at all. I ordered a chicken sandwich, pointing to the picture on the menu board to ensure I got the right one. However, when I got home and opened it, the chicken patty was not crispy as shown but appeared to be coated in cornmeal and undercooked. I should have checked before leaving the store. I had issues with my order at the time of payment, with the manager repeatedly calling out for the chicken sandwich, indicating a problem with the efficiency of the staff. This experience has made me hesitant to return to Arby's in the future.

I've been having issues with a manager named Tracey. I raised my concerns to the previous general managers and my district manager, but the only result was being moved to the night shift, despite my requests to be transferred or demoted due to discomfort and feeling bullied. Tracey and her sister have made threats, creating a hostile work environment. Despite expressing my concerns, the situation did not improve, and now, Tracey is the general manager. My district manager attributed the problems to my past interactions with a different manager, Brandi, and the discussions failed to address the core issue of our conflicts. I feel unsupported and mistreated, as my schedule was changed, hours reduced, and I was asked to return my keys abruptly, even though my last day was supposed to be 10/09/20. The team's behavior towards me has been disappointing.

Yesterday, my pregnant girlfriend and I decided to eat at Arby's since we love the food. Unfortunately, when we got there via an Uber because we don't have a vehicle, we found out the lobby was closed, which wasn't mentioned online. I tried to get the workers' attention to see if we could order by walking through the drive-thru, and one of them said it was okay. After waiting in line and reaching the ordering point, the general manager rudely told us we couldn't order. Despite another employee initially allowing it, the GM was disrespectful and belittling. I work in fast food at Burger King and have never seen such behavior from a GM. I felt humiliated, especially when the GM made inappropriate comments about my race. I simply hope that Arby's in Tucson, AZ on West Valencia Road addresses this by coaching the GM on better customer service and offering my girlfriend a complimentary meal. Thank you.

Concern about criminal activity at Arby's on December 22, [redacted], from 8:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. at [redacted] George Washington Way, Richland, WA [redacted]. Contact number: [redacted]. Allegations involve the manager, Vanessa Romero, serving alcohol without a Liquor License to minors under 21 in the lobby. Owen and Austin requested the drive-thru closure for a Christmas party, with Vanessa's brother, Enrique, stating Vanessa's approval secretly. Enrique then closed the drive-thru, brought in cases of Corona, and spilled it in the lobby. The party attendees included Vanessa's family members and underage individuals. Vanessa jokes about deceiving higher-ups and staff, mocking a coworker. Enrique offered alcohol to staff, some drinking in prohibited areas. The night resulted in a loss of revenue, documented by surveillance footage available for review. All staff on duty that night can provide information regarding the incident.

Since my first day at Arby’s on 8-23-21, I have encountered several issues. I did not receive proper training, was placed in roles without knowing how to perform them, and faced challenges with faulty equipment. Despite being promised a manager position during the interview, I ended up as a crew member. I was not given breaks or accommodations for my hearing impairment, which I had mentioned beforehand. I worked overtime without prior knowledge of my schedule. The lack of support and respect from management made it difficult to perform efficiently. If I received proper training, I believe I could contribute significantly to the team. There are more concerns, but it's overwhelming to list them all. If you could contact me at [redacted], I would appreciate it. My name is Brandi Leander, and please mention Arby’s in your message. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

My daughter worked at an Arby’s location in DePere, Wisconsin. She is 15 years old. Unfortunately, she experienced verbal abuse and harassment from her manager, who called her the worst employee and threatened to sabotage her future employment at Culver’s. Despite being underage and not supposed to use the fryer, she was forced to do so, and she was the only one wearing a mask starting September 1st. Another sick employee openly coughed without a mask and refused vaccination, causing my daughter to fall ill. She was eventually fired on her last day, following in the footsteps of another harassed coworker. This situation seems legally problematic. I can be reached at [redacted].

I have been a loyal Arby's customer for a long time, enjoying their delicious food, especially the gyros. However, I am disappointed to see Arby's aligning with the "Woke" and "BLM" movements, as I was raised to believe in equality for all. These movements can sometimes come across as discriminating against white males, when in reality everyone should be treated with respect. My family, including my father, husband, and sons, are all white males who are kind and amazing individuals. I cannot support a company that promotes hatred towards any group. I urge Arby's to reconsider its association with these divisive movements and focus on promoting unity instead. I hope to see positive changes in your marketing strategy that embrace diversity without excluding or discriminating against any group. Until there is a shift in this direction, I will be refraining from purchasing anything associated with the Roark Capital Group. Sincerely, Dr. S.

I had a disappointing visit to Arby's last Friday, May 27, [redacted]. I ordered 2 new Waygu Bacon Ranch burgers and a small curly fries, but received the delux instead and was overcharged $2.40 plus tax. I didn't receive a receipt, and when I contacted the manager, they were rude. On a subsequent visit, both the staff members and the manager were rude again. I tried to address the issue, but they denied their mistake and got defensive. I was even banned from the store after attempting to speak with the manager. The overall customer service was poor, and I believe corporate should intervene and make some changes. I am determined to receive an apology and resolution for the errors made during my visit.

I recently visited the Arby's on Main Street in Fairfield in High Point, North Carolina. Despite no line, I stood there unnoticed by the staff. Eventually, I left after being ignored by two employees wearing headsets, a black man, and a black woman. My husband, determined to get our order, went back in. It would have been more courteous if they at least acknowledged our presence, even if they were busy. This kind of customer service is disappointing, I didn't catch their names, but I needed to bring it to attention.

I started working at the end of April or beginning of May. I only worked three days before I had to fly to Atlanta for my daughter's graduation. When I returned, I found out that I wasn't in the computer system, and everyone at the store had been let go. I worked from 8:00 in the morning until 6:00 in the evening those three days, and it was a terrible experience. The place was very dirty, and I didn't even feel comfortable serving food there. I haven't been paid yet, and every time I inquire about it, they say they are looking into it. They mentioned sending me an email once they put me in the system. My name is Anita R. and you can reach me at [redacted]. I prefer a call over waiting for an email. I plan to contact the Workforce Commission if this isn't resolved. This is regarding the Arby's on Cache Road in Lawton, Oklahoma.

Hello, my name is Corey Smith. I used to work at Arby's on Neberry Road in Gainesville, Florida. I submitted a Loss of Income form to be filled out by the HR department. When I inquired about the paper, Arby's mentioned it was faxed to the Department of Children and Families, but they never received it. I provided a new paper to be filled out and requested it to be faxed from the store, but they said HR had to fax it due to the information on it. I need to know who filled out the paper and when it was faxed as it's important for my son's food support. Thank you, Corey Smith. You can reach me at [redacted] or contact me on my girlfriend's phone at [redacted]. Your prompt assistance is greatly appreciated.

I recently visited the Oneonta location of Arby's and encountered a disappointing experience. The bathroom door didn't lock properly, which allowed an employee to barge in while I was using it. My order was significantly incorrect, receiving one sandwich instead of three along with only three fries. The sandwich I did receive was unpleasant and messy, causing quite an embarrassing situation. When I tried to clean up, an employee behaved inappropriately by following me and making disparaging remarks when I locked the door. Despite having been a loyal customer since [redacted], my family and I received no apologies or gestures of goodwill for the poor service. This entire experience left us feeling disheartened and disrespected by the staff at this location.

I had a terrible experience at a restaurant in Glendale, Wisconsin. The soda nozzles appeared to not have been changed, and I observed employees coming from outside the bathroom without washing their hands. The bathrooms were consistently filthy, and the customer service was subpar. Additionally, I noticed employees smoking weed outside in their vehicles. Several times, my coworkers and I tried to use the drive-thru, only to be told they were closed when they were not. This situation is unacceptable, and I believe the store requires new management or significant improvements. I would not suggest this location for anyone to visit.

My sister and I recently visited Arby's on Tallmadge Road in Toledo, Ohio. We placed our order, but my sister has a mild reaction to tomatoes, so she always requests the bronco berry sauce instead. The lady taking our order was quite rude and continued to raise her voice about it even as we received our food. This behavior was unacceptable. To make matters worse, some of the items we received were burnt.

On Sunday, November 12th, I visited the Arby's Drive-Thru in Augusta, Maine. Unfortunately, my order was incorrect and two of the sandwiches were messy when I unwrapped them. It seemed like the meat wasn't properly placed in the bun, with sauce and cheese spilling inside the wrapper. Additionally, I ordered curly fries but received crinkle-cut ones instead. When I contacted the restaurant about the issue, I was informed that they couldn't assist me without a receipt. Despite it being a relatively quiet time with only two vehicles in the drive-thru, my order was still messed up. Luckily, the other two sandwiches were fine.
