You’re charging me $***.** again after re-paying me the same amount after mistakenly accepting the original payment twice. An Apria employee, Neil Calzado, finally stopped the cycle of me verifying with his subordinates what you owed me. The cycle is starting again with the insistence that I owe the $***.**, i.e, have your insurance contact us, fax us the canceled check and so forth—all the things which have been done numerous times before to no avail until Neil resolved the problem. Please help me rectify this issue again.
