Trying to get my supplies ... I started with Apria in April ****. See account number ****BLR***. It took Apria until the end of July **** to get my account processed correctly with my insurance. I had to invest many hours with your untrained* uncooperative employees. Finally my insurance worked to train your employees. This * month delay resulted in one large bill. I was told by my insurance carrier not to pay until it was properly submitted. Due to this issue I was denied getting supplies in June, July. I made a payment in August and again on sept **. I called **** spoke to Chris in Kansas City office. I ordered supplies finally. Was told the co-insur **.** could be added to my bill. Advised I would get supplies **-****-*. No supplies. I called yesterday was refused a supervisor in cust serv dept and billing dept. I'm now being told until I pay the entire bill of **.** they will not send me my supplies. I expect Apria to mail my supplies to me immediately. And honor the payment arrangements I made to pay the outstanding balance. Except accountability for you errors. Allow me to receive all supplies I'm entitled to per my insurance. Stop jeapordizing my health. I have proof of all of this and so does my insurance company. This isn't the way to treat a customer when Apria caused the problems
