Help with my Apria Healthcare issue

Exchange * liquid portables that don't work for * that work ... I have contacted reps numerous time re: unreliable liquid oxygen portables. I have exchanged at least ** times, which makes ** units exchanged because they don't put out the amount they are supposed to. The ones exchanging to day should put out **. One does * the other bounces between ** & **. Neither is ok. I have talked to many if your reps about this & a local manager. He told me he has never seen a new unit there in over the * years he had been there. I wouldn't have an issue with refurbished IF THEY WORKED!**I have talked to your reps again today & and Kaiser telling them both that I am done with the disregard for my life & will be contacting a lawyer & our local TV stations if this is not resolved.
This is life or death for me. When they don't work I get very dizzy & could pass out or die.
