Get delivery on Bipap machine that was ordered, and reminded * times. ... I have submitted Doctors prescriyhptions and supporting documents several times: ****,***,*, *. On **** the fax included: diagnosis, pressure setting for Bipap machine. Doctors note supported need for Bipap machine. I*did have the oximetry test on **** even though it wasn’t necessary. I spoke to Bernard in delivery dept? tells me the Bipap machine would ship **** by FedEx, then Regina (Kansas) said it would ship on **** FedEx. It has yet to be delivered. Today I was told it didn’t ship, the Order Processing Dept needed more information. Sleep study that Doctor said wasn’t necessary. I believe they are required for sleep apnea patients. Today I know nothing more. WAIT **-** hours and Supv will call. Your coming has a definite communication problem between departments and loosing paperwork numerous times. They don’t acknowledge receipt of the documents that were sent and I was told it was shipped by FedEx in Ks office. Not so. More incompetent handling of a simple issue. Lack of sharing information within departments. More RHETORIC with every call
