I received a washer and dryer from Appliance Warehouse last Monday. When attempting to wash towels, the drum rattles and bangs during the spin cycle. Additionally, the dryer does not produce heat on any of the drying cycles.
Upon contacting Appliance Warehouse multiple times, I finally spoke with Caleb through the direct number in Carrollton, TX. Caleb connected me with Stephanie, who was understanding of my situation. She arranged for a pickup of the faulty appliances today (Monday) and the delivery of a new set.
Unfortunately, the pickup and delivery were scheduled over 2 hours ago. I have made three calls to the customer service number provided in the past hour, but each time I have been on hold for over 10 minutes without speaking to a representative.
