Hello,** I'm not the one to normally contact anyone outside of the manager at a business or for this matter, a restaurant, but last night I had an awful experience. We came in and sat down and the waitress came and got our drink order about ** minutes after we sat. Then came back to get our dinner order. We all said what we wanted and she indeed had a rude tone to her, but I didn't think nothing of it. So we waited, she came with our salads and soups and I asked for a refill of my water and she said okay.. Twenty minutes go by and our food comes out, I then ask her for my refill for a second time and she acted like I was being rude to her but I was merely being firm because I haven't received my drink in over ** minutes now. So we start to eat and not even ** minutes later, she comes back and throws the bill on the table and says "here." As if she's rushing us out and we weren't asked at all if we're doing okay at this point or what she can do for us, nothing. I AGAIN, ask for a refill of my water, she says okay and walks away. Then, ** more minutes later she comes back and I ask for a dessert and a WATER. She then goes back to put in the order, brings out the dessert and threw down another bill adding on the dessert but still NO water.... So at this point I gave up and we ate our dessert and then I went to pay and notice that we didn't get the half appetizers since we were there after *PM. At this point, I've already been aggravated and did not want to ask about that nor speak with a manager because I didn't want to yell at the moment and was so un-satisfied that I just paid and left. Attached is our bill. I don*t know what you can do for me, but I have been going to this Applebees for *** years and I can't honestly think of a good experience there. Thanks for taking the time to read this, I do not believe anyone should be treated that way.
