I was into an Apple store on **** with my iPhone * with an issue with not connecting to cellular data and not charging. They said it was eligible for free replacement however they sent it in. Then today (****) we got an email saying that the charge will be $*** because they found “third party parts”. We have had the phone for a year and never took it any where to get fixed. So if they found this parts they would be from your own manufacturer.
GetHuman1033125 did not yet indicate what AppleCare should do to make this right.
