I've been trying to process a return for a week, but I can't locate the return button in my order. I would appreciate assistance from a customer service representative in coordinating the return of the item. I had to leave the US before receiving the item, so a friend was helping with the return. However, she was informed that only a gift card could be issued since I wasn't present. As I'm unable to process the return online myself, I would like guidance on how to proceed with the return and obtain a refund.

I have been experiencing issues with every software update I have received over the last two months. Approximately every other day, my phone attempts to update, only to show a "Cellular Update Failed" message. Despite being connected to WiFi with over 60% battery, the update still fails. To resolve this, I connect my phone to the computer for assistance, but it freezes midway through the update process. As a result, I am forced to perform a complete restoration, losing all my apps and data each time. Restoring the phone is also time-consuming as it freezes during the process. I recently contacted T-Mobile tech support, and they mentioned discussing a replacement with Apple. As this issue has left me without a working phone for a significant amount of time in the past two months, I am considering switching to Samsung if this problem persists. I have been a loyal Apple user, but this recurring issue is becoming frustrating. Please consider sending me a replacement device to resolve this ongoing inconvenience.

I am no longer utilizing the old email addresses and IDs associated with my previous name, Patricia Locke (formerly PLOCKE), which were discontinued when I got married. I am still experiencing issues with the AppleTV app on my TV. Despite assurances from Apple representatives a few months ago that it was a known problem being worked on, the "Video Not Available" error persists. I have attempted various troubleshooting steps, such as restarting my Roku as suggested by Roku support (Apple confirmed it's their issue), reinstalling the app multiple times, and logging in and out to no avail. The problem remains unresolved, and I cannot even use Airplay to stream content from my phone to the TV due to a "Format is Not Supported" message.

My daughter upgraded to an Apple 13 and switched carriers. Her old Apple SE phone now serves as a play device for her sister. Due to both phones being connected under the same Apple ID, changes made on the old phone affected the new one. I mistakenly altered settings on the old phone, which inadvertently impacted the new phone. To rectify this, I created a separate email and changed the Apple ID on the new phone to the younger daughter's account. I then disconnected the old phone from the new one and updated the settings with my older daughter's email. However, the Apple ID still displays the younger daughter's email. I'm considering signing out to potentially resolve the issue, but I'm concerned it might delete data if it associates the Apple ID with the wrong email.

I've owned my iPhone 12 Pro Max for over a year and always take good care of it. After a recent software update, my phone started having various issues. Firstly, the sound wouldn't work at times, affecting calls and notifications. Secondly, the screen glitched and closed apps randomly. Most concerning, the touchscreen only worked in specific areas, making it unusable. Despite not damaging the phone, Apple's Genius Bar mentioned a hardware issue needing a $[redacted] fix. I would like to inquire about the devices connected to my network. Additionally, could you please remove any third-party software from my devices, including my current phone and the Ring cameras in my home? I recently discovered live streaming from my bedroom without my knowledge or consent. There have been unauthorized data collection and charges from my bank account that I attempted to rectify multiple times. Despite only having an account in the app store and not iTunes, I have been charged numerous times by iTunes. Due to issues during the pandemic in [redacted], my iPhone is locked by Apple, and I will not be using your services again. However, I noticed ongoing charges on my account, and it seems your software has been present on my phone for the past four years without my consent.

I am facing an issue with my iPhone 8. I tried to sell it, and someone interested claimed there were iCloud problems on his end. To test it, he asked me to sign in with his iCloud account on my phone. After I did, he changed the password, demanded money, and then blocked my phone on 05/29/[redacted]. I have proof of the deceitful correspondence and the iCloud account details I used. I reached out before for help but only received a general support link. I'm a visitor from Los Angeles, and unfortunately, I was a victim of pickpocketing in Paris, resulting in the loss of my new phone. Strangely, I received a text from someone claiming to have found my phone and turned it into an Apple store. They urged me to use Find My Phone, despite me not having the necessary passwords to do so. The individual's insistence on me locating the phone was unsettling, especially since he could contact me using my phone number. The link provided to track the phone turned out to be a fraudulent site. I am currently in Los Angeles and willing to cover shipping costs for the phone's return. I am worried about erasing the phone's data while transferring it to my new device, as I have valuable information such as contacts, photos, and banking details on it. I have a 15-inch MacBook Pro mid-[redacted] model with my previous macOS being Big Sur. Recently, I upgraded to Monterey by clicking on the Monterey picture in the App Store on July 21, [redacted]. After the upgrade to Monterey 12.5, I worked on some documents in Pages, saving them in my Documents folder with my usual naming convention, but now I can't locate them. Additionally, none of my previous apps, documents, or settings from my old Mac setup are available, and the system only recognizes me as a guest user when I log in. I own two MacBook Pros. The one with the serial number C02CX008MD6N has a damaged keyboard. This issue occurred during the COVID lockdown, and since I couldn't get it fixed immediately, I started using my other MacBook Pro. I visited the Apple Store on State Street in Santa Barbara with the damaged MacBook, but we were unable to send it out for repairs due to a discrepancy with the Apple ID and password. It seems to be different from my other computer. Additionally, my iPhone stopped making calls during COVID, although it still functions for internet use. I had purchased insurance for it at Best Buy. I plan to send it to you for repairs, although I don't have the serial code on hand, assuming you have it on file. Could you please arrange to send me the packaging necessary to ship both devices to you for repair?

I urgently need help! I own an iPhone, MacBook Pro, and iWatch. I recently found out about the Apple security patch but have not used my MacBook Pro or iWatch in over a month due to illness. I signed up with Apple in [redacted] after a breach on my Android device, not realizing the difference between Android and iOS until recently. I believed the issue was resolved with Apple before. I am concerned that during the country's shutdown, people might exploit the situation, especially for those like me who struggle with technology and lack support. As winter approaches and the country may shut down again, access to government services and communication is vital. I would like Apple to address the charges they left me to face and the copyright issue related to them obtaining my information under the guise of helping with the breach. GitHub and Amazon were also involved, with Amazon disputing charges until I intervened and was possibly put on a watchlist. Thank you.

I recently switched my phone number from [redacted] with AT&T to Verizon Visible. After resetting my iPhone 11 Pro due to a forgotten passcode, my phone service was disrupted. I couldn't receive the verification code sent to my old number, nor do I have the debit card associated with the bank account on file. However, I can access my email addresses at [redacted] and [redacted] I'm willing to provide a copy of my driver's license and Social Security number to help verify my identity. I urgently need to restore my backup and hope to resolve this issue promptly.
