I ordered an iPhone ** pro max and received an email that action was required and my payment failed. I went to Barclay's to confirm enough funds were there, and in the meantime, I see my order on Apple and it says everything is fine, but the order has not moved forward to shipping and there is no charge at all on my Barclay's card. So the question is: do I have an active order for an iPhone ** pro max or not?
