I have submitted my laptop for repair on ** August ****, for a keyboard issue, after a week when i called the service center, i was informed that they have not yet diagnosed the device. Then they told me that there is no issue in the keyboard, on visiting the service center the agreed the problem in the keyboard but the i found * dents on the device. They told me that they will repair the damage as well. But on * September when i got my device back i brought it back home and found that the device was turning off at **% charge. I submitted the device back to the service center the next day. They informed me that i will take another **-** days as they have to replace the battery. Then i got my device back on ** September at *pm. Then i did the same brought the device back and then i again found the same issue. Again i have to take the device back the next day. They informed me that there's a problem in motherboard and it will take another a week time. Then i visited the service on * October and brought the device back again on turning the device on i found the same issue. I submitted it back again the same day, on * October they informed me that it will take another **-** days as they need to change the battery again. Now i.e ** October even after this the issue is not resolved after replacing the battery again. Hence i need a refund as the company is unable to process a replacement with an upgraded model. Being a student it caused me many irreparable losses.
