i have had an iPhone for quite a while. I bought an iPad a few weeks back. When I set up the iPad at the store with an Apple Support person I was told I had to use a different Apple ID on the Pad than I used on my Phone. Now whenever I send out messages on my Pad to friends they get a name that they don't recognize. Why shouldn't I be able to use the same Apple ID for all of my Apple devices?
