After having my iMac 27" late [redacted] screen replaced, I noticed that my apple power cord doesn't fit properly into the back of the iMac. Despite using my old [redacted] iMac cord, the issue persists. Inserting either cord halfway is difficult compared to before. I'm hesitant to apply excessive force. I wonder if something inside the iMac might have been damaged during the screen replacement. The repair was conducted at an Apple authorized service provider. I have been a Mac user since [redacted].

I have been an Apple user since the very first iPhone, and I recently signed up for a 6-month free trial of Apple Music. However, I was mistakenly charged $10.79 yesterday and $59.99 today. I would like a refund of $70.78 back to my bank account. I am disappointed by this experience as I believed Apple was offering me a free trial, and I now feel scammed. I purchased the new iPhone 11 Pro Max last week, and I thought this trial was a gesture of goodwill from Apple. Please assist me in resolving this matter promptly. Thank you for your help.

I have been trying to cancel my Apple Music subscription for over an hour, but I am unable to remove my Visa card due to a pending charge. I have been charged multiple times on different Visa accounts for a total of $10.69 each time, even though neither I (Emilie P.) nor Elleanna P. have been using or purchasing music from Apple Music recently. I was charged on 03/24 and 03/27 on my Visa ending in [redacted], and again on 03/18 on my other Visa ending in [redacted]. I would like to cancel all subscriptions with Apple Music and request a refund for the charges that were made when there was no account activity. My email is [redacted] and my phone number is [redacted].

WARNING! SCAM ALERT! I received a suspicious email claiming that someone named "Edwin Dioneda Ching" used my Apple ID to purchase $99 worth of games in the AppStore. It's a phishing scam designed to trick users into clicking on malicious links to steal personal and credit card information. Please be cautious and do not click on any links in the email. The email lacked the usual formatting and sender information typical of Apple communications. I advise everyone to ignore and not engage with such fraudulent emails. Instead, verify directly with Apple if any suspicious activity is reported. Remember, do not provide any personal information or click on any suspicious links. Stay safe online and warn others about this scam. Sender's address: [redacted]

I recently got a new MacBook Pro 16" that updated to Mac OS Catalina. I'm facing two issues since the update. Firstly, despite having enough storage on iCloud according to the manage storage section, I can't back up my iPhone, as I'm only trying to back up a small amount of data. Secondly, I am unable to back up my iPhone to the computer. My iPhone doesn't appear in the sidebar and the "General" tab is missing from the Finder window, as per Apple's support instructions. Additionally, iTunes has transformed into Music, so I can't sync my iPhone the way I used to.

I have an older 22" Apple Cinema Display that works perfectly with my old Mac Mini. Recently, I upgraded to a new Mac Mini that has HDMI and Thunderbolt 3/USB connections. I am looking for a female DVI adapter that can connect to the HDMI or USB-C ports on my new Mac Mini. I currently have an Apple adapter that fits into the USB-C port on the new Mac Mini, but unfortunately, the monitor is not working. The monitor has a DVI male plug and a USB plug. Could you please advise me on what I need to make the monitor function with the new Mac Mini? Do I have to buy a new monitor, or is there a solution to make this work? I believe the salesperson at Apple should have mentioned this compatibility issue when I bought the Mac Mini. Thank you. - L.Z.

Hello, I am writing to inquire about my Apple iPhone 7. I am Elyas S. from Iran. I purchased an iPhone 7 (model A1660) from your company's Iran agency four years ago. Recently, my phone is unable to connect to the network and shows "Searching" or "No SIM" in the status bar. I visited the Apple agency in Iran, and they advised me to send my phone to your company for a possible replacement. Can you confirm this process? Can you also let me know the nearest agency to Iran? Being a student, I rely on my phone for my studies, so prompt assistance would be greatly appreciated. The serial number of my phone is F4KSM27LHG6W, and the model number is MN8G2LL/A. I have attached a photo for reference. Thank you, E. Soleyman

I contacted customer service last week regarding unauthorized charges deducted from my bank account. After speaking with a representative, I was informed that a refund could take up to 48 hours to three weeks. The charges in question are $99, $19.99, and $1.99, none of which have been returned to my account yet. I want to clarify that I did not share my information with anyone. Although I provided email addresses, none of them were associated with these transactions. I am frustrated by this situation as my money was withdrawn without my consent. I am requesting a refund for these charges to be credited back to my card. I would appreciate a call back to address this issue promptly at your earliest convenience.

I've always used Samsung, but my son and his dad convinced me to switch to an iPhone. We got iPhone 6 phones, but they didn't last. Verizon replaced them with iPhone 8's. I paid for my phone in full to avoid adding it to my bill. Now, less than a year later, Verizon is replacing my brand new iPhone 8 with a refurbished one. I'm upset to have paid over $[redacted] for a phone, only to receive a used replacement. I want to escalate this issue to upper management urgently. As a person on a fixed income and disabled, it took me a long time to save for this phone that stopped working within a year. Thank you.

My MacBook Pro with serial number C17QK170FVH3 won't start up after I may have deleted the main start-up disk data in an attempt to factory reset the computer. On booting up, it displays a file with a question mark. Even trying to access system recovery mode shows a globe symbol with a triangle error icon and the text apple.com/support followed by -2002F. I am seeking assistance from the company's support team to resolve this issue. Kindly contact me through my work email, and I will respond promptly. Thank you, Zachary Shooshani.

I recently purchased my new MacBook [redacted] on May 18, [redacted]. Yesterday, I noticed that the charger was unable to charge, so I visited the service center at One Utama, Keadquarters outlet. The service report number is SR/[redacted]. The service desk confirmed that there is an issue with the adapter and it needs to be sent for repair, which will take 5 to 7 working days. I am facing trouble working from home due to this Apple product defect. I believe Apple's service center should consider providing a temporary unit to customers in situations like mine. Waiting 5 to 7 working days for a replacement is too long, especially when the product is defective and customer work is impacted. Apple should offer better solutions for customers facing these challenges.

I recently received an email claiming to be from Apple regarding a purchase made using my Apple ID that I did not authorize. The email had a fake address and icon from Edwin Dioneda Ching at The Merchant in Melbourne, VIC, dated June 11, [redacted], for a cost of $99.99 with Order ID #MSNF1L64VN and Document #[redacted]78. I have already changed my password and will do the same for my husband, even though the account is in my name. Any assistance would be appreciated. Sincerely, Sharon B.

Hello, I am experiencing difficulties with accessing an app that I purchased some time ago. After attempting to delete and reinstall it on my secondary device, without success, I also rebooted the device and updated to IOS 13.6.1. Despite these efforts, the issue persists. I checked my storage and it appears to be sufficient. I have then resorted to seeking help here. I have even recorded a video to demonstrate the problem. This particular app is the only one causing issues; it was operational on my previous phone. I am uncertain whether the problem lies with my actions or with the app's support. Thank you for your assistance. (Using iPhone SE [redacted])

I recently upgraded to a larger iCloud storage plan for $2.99 per month, but we are still being charged an extra $1.05 (which includes tax). Before upgrading, we used to pay $1.05 on each of our phones when we had a smaller plan. I was assured that the $2.99 200GB plan would be sufficient for both my husband and me. Initially, we were billed for 2 x $1.05 charges in addition to the $2.99 ($3.17 with tax) monthly fee. After contacting Apple in May, one $1.05 charge was removed, but the other one persists. I'd appreciate any assistance with this matter. The phone numbers associated with this account are (redacted) and (redacted). Thank you.

I have an iPhone Xs Max and since the last update, I've been experiencing slow downloading, delayed page openings, and glitches when browsing online. Additionally, my battery life has significantly decreased. Many of my friends who also use iPhones have reported similar issues following the recent upgrade. Despite owning Apple products for years, including iPads and a new MacBook Pro, this is the first time I've been so disappointed. I hope to find out if and when these problems will be resolved as I'm hesitant to switch to a different brand at my age of 62 due to the difficulty of learning new systems. Any advice on whether to stick with Apple or consider other options would be appreciated. Thank you, R. Henson.

I possess a prepaid iPhone 6 that is still under warranty. However, this iPhone 6s has been the least satisfactory iPhone I have ever had, and I have owned every iPhone since the introduction of the iPhone 2. I am eager to have it replaced with a new phone, specifically considering an iPhone 7s Plus if it is still available at a reduced price. Kindly contact me as soon as possible. I am currently free and will be available for the remainder of the afternoon. I look forward to your call. Thank you. Kelly R. [redacted]

I need help adding a new phone number and an additional child to our Apple Family Sharing plan. Currently, we have 2 parents and 3 children in the family group. We recently had to remove an old Apple user ID that was no longer in use to make space for our youngest child. Even though we deleted the old account, the Apple Family Sharing still shows it as using the last slot. The "add family member" option is greyed out, preventing us from adding our youngest child. How can we add our 4th child to our family account since the old account has already been deleted?

I have been unsuccessfully attempting to contact customer support at .[redacted]0 for a while now due to issues with my iPhone screen. I tried to log into my iCloud account from my PC after resetting my Apple ID password through Gmail, but I don't recall the security question answers. Despite providing my registered mobile number and email address, as well as having monthly iCloud charges debited from my bank account, I am unable to reset the security question. What additional information do you require to verify my identity? Can you confirm my identity through my bank account details or other means? I fear losing my data if I am unable to recover my account. This frustrating experience has made me reconsider using your services in the future.

Hello, I am inquiring about my iPhone purchased in Jordan that malfunctioned while still under warranty. The company stated Apple would replace it with a new one. After providing my iCloud details for them to sign out of the phone, I was given an old phone of a different color without packaging. Despite being activated six months ago, they insisted it was new. How can I ensure my rights are protected and prevent being deceived by the company? Can I contact Apple directly to confirm the replacement phone sent by the company bearing my name? Thank you.

I bought my MacBook Pro about a year and a half ago. While I was abroad, the laptop stopped working after 8 months. When I returned to India, I had the motherboard replaced at a cost of [redacted] rupees. Now, after 6 months on July 15, [redacted], the same issue has occurred, and they are requesting another [redacted] rupees. I am losing confidence in this product and the company's service. I am considering switching to another company for my next purchase as Apple has provided me with faulty products consistently, first the laptop and then the motherboard. The products seem to fail right after the warranty expires. I would like a replacement at no charge, or if not possible, please provide an address where I can return the defective laptop for the company to use as an example of their faulty products. I am extremely frustrated with this situation. Please take action to replace my product promptly. 😡😡
