I was trying to talk to a human at Apple to fix this problem ... Please help me to have an Apple ID and password that Apple accepts. I rarely need it. When I do I’ve been unable to solve the situation. this has been going on for years and years **.I’m not kidding **. I try it this time of year when I go on vacation, if you look back @ records you will see *rd week Sept. almost every year, hours and hours custmr svc & tech assist. for *** *** ****. Now I am in the same situation again. * I just want to be able to buy an app &*or use GPS. Thanks.
