The issue in GetHuman-keepitki's own words
Apple did not recognize my Apple ID so I had to create a brand new apple to finish the set up process on my brand new *S *** GB. Strangely after a about a week, my apple ID it didn't recognize suddenly showed up on the screen along with the new one. While it downloaded some info from the cloud it does not back up to the Cloud storage I've been paying for every month for the past * years! I need access to my cloud storage I pay for without deleting anything so I can back up my phone.
GetHuman-keepitki did not yet indicate what Apple should do to make this right.
