Hello. I have forgotten the email address I used for my Apple ID. I created this email address specially for Apple ID, and never after used it neither for my correspondence, nor in iCloud or iTunes, so I completely forgot it and there's no way to look it up. So, now after my iPhone was restarted I can't activate it, for I remember neither my Apple ID nor password. Please kindly help me to recover my Apple ID and start using my iPhone again.
