Help with my Apple issue
On ******* I purchased a one year subscription for iTunes following a link that said "start your trial"* however my credit card was charged $**. The following day I noticed the charge and went in and cancelled my subscription. I received confirmation back that my subscription had been cancelled but as of yet, I have not yet received the credit of $**.
I trust that Apple will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
